In the past years, my personal mission has been the connection between my clients experiencing health problems and the companies I work with providing support. I understand that when someone is sick, that person does not have the energy to deal with administrative matters, such as notifications, services preauthorizations, payment warranties in due time and form, and the correct payment of companies.

In these tough moments, offering support to my clients is crucial as they do not have to take care of administrative/financial processes. This allows them to direct their energy to their treatments and prompt recovery as they are aware that the administrative/financial side of the health problem is no longer an issue, and is being taken care of. This is the best help someone can receive in a stressful moment, such as being sick.

My personal goal is to deliver calm to my clients when dealing with health issues, and that they are taken care of by a group of dedicated and experienced professionals, who will join them throughout the process of recovery, and they would do whatever is necessary for the client's wellbeing.
